Ryotei Yamadaya and Usuki Sarayama, two renowned restaurants that represent Usuki’s exquisite culinary culture, have poured their creativity into expressing the delicious seasonal flavors of Usuki. Guided by Bishun’s seven principles, each dish is crafted with plenty of local ingredients, imbued with the spirit and heart of Usuki.
